1.If they have separate bathrooms.

2.Where is the bed and breakfast located and what it is surrounded by (a noisy bar?)

3.How far it is from town.

4.When check-in and check-out hours are.

5.What amenities are offered and how private they are. (Jacuzzis, spa, t.v.s, etc.)

6.If pets are allowed at the bed and breakfast, not only if you want to take yours, but if you don't want to be around other peoples' pets.

7.If children are allowed, for the same reasons.
