Considerations of Timeshares

Timeshares (shared vacation homes) can be great, but if you are considering this, here are some things you should consider.

1.You have to pay maintenance fees, usually in January, for vacation homes.

2.Make sure the seller has an escrow arrangement with the solicitor or accountant to handle the sale of the property and transfer of funds. When you are satisfied with everything, release your money and certify the transfer.

3.Reselling timeshares can be complicated, so research your investment thoroughly.

4.Be careful of special discounts or prizes offered only if you sign up for vacation homes right away. These are often scams.
